What happens if I miss a check-in?
If you miss your scheduled check-in, you'll first receive a push notification reminder (if enabled). If you still don't respond, your designated emergency contact will be automatically notified via email.
How do I change my check-in interval?
Open the app and go to Settings. You can choose between 1, 2, or 3 day intervals for your check-ins.
Can I change my emergency contact?
Yes. You can update your emergency contact at any time from the app's Settings screen. Make sure to inform your new contact that they may receive safety alerts.
Is my data secure?
We take your privacy seriously. We collect only the minimum data needed to operate the service, use encryption in transit and at rest, and never sell your information. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
How do I delete my account?
You can request account deletion by contacting us at support@ruthereapp.com. Your data will be permanently removed per our privacy policy. Inactive accounts are automatically deleted after 90 days.
